Christian Sheridan

I am a USAC Level 2 coach and self-confessed bike nut.  I've been racing for over 10 years, and riding even longer.  By day I am an assistant professor of English at Bridgewater College, Bridgewater, VA.  My background as an academic helps me incorporate the latest research into my coaching, and I always strive to keep both the art and the science aspects of coaching in view at all times. I live in Crozet, VA, but am available to coach athletes remotely.
